CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or

• In the case of a partial delivery, from the day on which you took possession of the last item.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications

• Goods that are clearly tailored to personal needs

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided the seal has been removed after delivery
